Love Makes A Family was part of the PAQA Post Exhibit and traveled with other "postage stamp" quilts to several venues around the United States. In the United States the stamp has been used to raise awareness about various issues and causes from diabetes research to educating our children. This stamp quilt was designed to raise awareness of the existence and love in lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered families. By reaching across barriers and breaking the silence we can combat homophobia and make the world a safer place for all families.
